摘要
为了研究煤层瓦斯的吸附和解吸规律以及声波动力作用下的煤层瓦斯渗透能力与瓦斯的解吸、扩散、渗流等特征,研制了大型物理模拟试验装置,该装置容积为85 L,所装煤样量可达70kg,作用于煤体的压力可达25 MPa,注气压力可达3 MPa,可以模拟地面以下1 000 m以浅的煤体压力状态和3 MPa以内的瓦斯压力状态;辅以声波激振器等配套装置,可以模拟煤体在声波作用下的渗透性变化和瓦斯解吸、扩散、渗流等过程,为研究煤层瓦斯的解吸、扩散、渗流在声波动力作用下的响应特征提供了新的试验平台。
In order to study the adsorption and desorption laws of the seam gas as well as the seam gas permeation capacity under the sonic wave action,and the gas desorption,diffuseness,influent and other features,a large physical simulation test device was researched and developed.The volume of the device was 85 L.The weight of the coal samples loaded in the device could reach to 70 kg.The pressure affected on the coal sample could reach to 25 MPa.The air injection pressure would be 3 MPa.The device could simulate the coal mass pressurized status in underground below 1 000 m of the surface ground and simulate the gas pressurized status within 3 MPa.With the sonic wave vibrator and the matched device,the physical simulation test device could simulate the coal permeability variation and the gas desorption,diffuseness,influent and other procedures of coal mass under the sonic wave action and could provide a new test platform to study the response features of the seam gas desorption,diffuseness and influent under the sonic wave dynamic action.
