摘要
针对爆炸装置拆除过程三维视景仿真的实际训练需求,方案采用虚拟装配和游戏引擎的设计思想,提高真实性和快速性,借助于开源场景图形(OpenSceneGraph,OSG0和数据手套、位置跟踪器等虚拟现实设备,建立仿真数据模型,解决了场景中的虚拟手交互、碰撞检测、节点建模关键技术问题,最后实现仿真模拟程序,完成了虚拟手对爆炸装置模型的实时控制,准确再现了排爆过程的细节。实验结果表明,方案具有仿真度高和易于操控等特点,能使用户快速掌握爆炸装置的基本结构和拆除方法。仿真系统能使训练的周期缩短至原来的40%,同时增强了排爆时的沉浸感。
Based on three -dimensional graphic development library OpenSceneGraph(OSG) and data glove,position tracker and other virtual reality equipment,a new scheme was proposed to meet the practical training needs of three - dimensional visual simulation in explosive discharge process.This scheme uses the design idea of virtual assembly and game engine,builds simulation data model,and resolves the virtual hand of interaction in scene,collision detection and node modeling.The virtual simulation application ultimately establishes visual environment,and realizes real - time control of explosive model,embodies discharge process more realistically.It has the characteristics such as low cost,high likeness,simplify operation and etc.It adapts the user to master the basic structure of explosive and discharge method quickly.The experimental results show that explosive discharge training cycle is shortened by 40%of original method,and immersion is increased at the same time.
