摘要
实验确定了用Fenton试剂处理含苯酚制药废水的最佳反应条件是pH=3,FeSO4粉末投加质量浓度为1200 mg/L,27.5%的H2O2投加量为8 mL/L,反应时间为60 min,在此条件下苯酚去除率达70%以上。采用Fenton—水解酸化—接触氧化工艺处理含苯酚制药废水,当进水苯酚质量浓度为1 151~1 933 mg/L时,处理后出水苯酚质量浓度〈2.0 mg/L。实践运行表明,该工艺处理效果良好、出水稳定、运行成本低廉、操作简便。
The treating phenol-containing pharmaceutical wastewater by using Fenton reagent has been studied.The optimal reaction conditions are determined as follows: the pH=3,dosage of FeSO4=1 200 mg/L,and 8 mL/L of 27.5% H2O2 solution,and stirring time=60 min,thus,the phenol removal rate is over 70%.Then,Fenton-hydrolytic acidi-fication-contact oxidation process is used for treating phenol-containing pharmaceutical wastewater.When the phe-nol concentration is 1 151-1 933 mg/L,the phenol concentration of the effluent water after treated is less than 2.0 mg/L.The running results show that the treatment efficiency of this process is good,the effluent is steady,running cast is low,and its operation is simple and convenient.
