摘要
轴承旋转时,每个滚子受到相同的周期性动态负荷作用,动态负荷对轴承性能有重要影响。建立圆柱滚子轴承动态负荷分析的数学模型,并给出求解方法。结合一实例,得到轴承每个滚子公转一周时动态负荷的变化曲线,以及每个瞬时承载区所有滚子动态负荷分布的规律,最后分析轴承工况参数对动态负荷分布的影响规律。结果表明:径向游隙和径向负荷对动态负荷分布的影响较大,而内圈转速对动态负荷分布的影响较小。
The dynamic loads of bearings have an important effect on its performance as identical periodical dynamic loads will be applied on each roller when bearings are rotating. The mathematic model for analyzing the dynamic loads of cylindrical roller bearings is established, and the solution method is also given in this paper. By using an actual example, the dynamic loads variation curve for the revolution of each roller in the bearings and the rules for dynamic loads distribution of all rollers in the loading area at any instant is obtained, and finally the analysis about the influence on the dynamic loads distribution by the operation parameters of the bearings is also be carried out. The result has shown that the radial play and radial load have much bigger effect on dynamic loads distribution, but the inner race rotating speed, much smaller.
