摘要
在分析德马克非正弦产生机理基础上,开发了一种由永磁同步电动机(PMSM)驱动的结晶器非正弦振动发生装置,构造了其电控系统,可实现波形偏斜率的在线可调,推导了德马克非正弦波形偏斜率的解析解,波形仿真验证了该装置的正确性。
Based on the analysis of the generating principle of DEMAG non-sine, mold non-sinusoidal oscillator driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is developed, and the electric control system is constructed, waveform distortion ratio can be adjusted online, analytic solution of DEMAG waveform distortion ratio is deduced. The correctness of this mechanism is proved by waveform simulation.
