吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定农作物种子表面挥发性有机化合物 被引量:7

GC-MS Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds on the Surface of Crop Seeds with Purge and Trap Collector

摘要 提出气相色沓质谱联用法测定农作物种子表面的挥发性有机化合物的方法。样品经吹扫、捕集及热解吸后,于气相色谱-质谱分析仪测定,内标法定量。二氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯和萘5种挥发性有机化合物的质量浓度与其峰面积在一定的浓度范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(35)在0.20~0.40ug·kg^-1之间。标准加入平均回收率在86.5%~96.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于5.5%。 Gas chromatography in hyphenation with mass spectrometry was applied to the determination of volatile organic compounds (VOC' s) on the surface of crop seeds. The analytes were purge-trapped, thermodesorbed, and determined by GC-MS. Internal standard was adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 5 kinds of VOC's, including dichloromethane, 1,2-diehloroethane, chloro-benezene, 1,2, 4-trichlorobenzene and naphthalene, were obtained in definite ranges, with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0. 20-0. 40 ug· kg^-1. Tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method, values of recovery found were in the range of 86.5%--96.3% and values of RSD's (n=7) were less than 5. 5%.
