摘要
介绍了国内外关于智能变电站的理念,分析了数字化变电站与智能变电站的区别。从我国电网实际出发,对智能电网条件下的变电站运行和管理模式进行探讨,从电网运行和设备管理两个方面提出智能变电站的基本架构。阐述了构建基于智能电网的设备管理决策模式。
Conceptions of intelligent substation in domestic and abroad were presented and the distinctions between digitalized and intelligent substation were also analyzed.From the actual situation of domestic grids,the operation and management mode of the substation in smart gird was discussed.The basic structure of intelligent substation was proposed from the points of grid operation and equipment management.The construction of the equipment management and decision-making mode based on smart grid was elucidated.
