摘要
目的：了解先天性肾病综合征的特点。方法：分析国内少见的先天性肾病综合征3例。结果和结论：该病芬兰型起病早，常表现低体重及大胎盘，弥漫性肾小球硬化病可较晚，该病预后差，最有效治疗为肾移植。
