摘要
某45钢电机磁轭锻造+一次正火+高温回火后断面收缩率偏低,金相观察发现在磁轭本体有轻微带状组织,返修件经二次正火+高温回火,消除了带状组织,断面收缩率达到了技术要求。新批次工件适当增大锻造比,提高终锻温度及采用合理的正火和回火工艺,达到了一次交验合格。
By forging,primary normalizing and high temperature tempering,the reduction of area of a 45 steel magnetic yoke for electric machine was lower.Metallography observation indicates that slight banded structure exists in the steel magnetic yoke body.By secondary normalizing and high temperature tempering,the banded structure is eliminated,and the reduction of area of the rework products,which meet technical requirements.Further study shows that new batch products are all qualified one pass by increasing forging ratio,elevating the final forging temperature and adopting reasonable normalizing and tempering process.
