摘要
研究锻造后不同的冷却工艺对HN2154非调质钢锻件力学性能和组织的影响,测绘HN2154钢的CCT曲线。结果表明,锻造后随着冷却速度的增加,HN2154钢锻件的强度开始升高,到达最大值后又降低,这主要与氮化钒或碳氮化钒的析出过程有关。根据研究结果得出,应该存在一个最佳的锻后冷却工艺使HN2154钢锻件获得最佳力学性能。
Effect of different cooling processes after forging on microstructure and mechanical properties of HN2154 microalloyed steel was studied,and a CCT curve of HN2154 steel was measured.The results show that the strength of HN2154 steel forgings increases firstly and then decreases after a maximum with increasing of cooling speed,which is mainly concerned with precipitation of VN or V(C,N) particle.According to this study,there is a best cooling process after forging in order to obtain the best mechanical properties of HN2154 steel forgings.
