摘要
目的:初步调查了大骨节病区与非病区儿童发中硼、锗元素含量的变化及与补硒的关系。方法:用ICP—MS法测定陕西省彬县大骨节病区和非病区儿童5组150名6~14岁男童发中硼、锗元素含量。结果:硼、锗元素依非病区、病区健康和大骨节病患儿而递减。补硒对发硼和锗未有明显影响。非病区有73%发碘含量超过国内外正常参考值的6~10倍,须查原因以防补碘过量。结论:陕西彬县大骨节病患儿发硼、锗含量低于非病区与病区的健康儿童,补硒后未受明显影响。
Content of Boron(B) and Germanium(Ge) in hair of children between Kashin - Beck disease(KBD) areas and non - KBD areas were investigated in this paper in order to know the relationship between B and Ge in environment and KBD. Methods: 150 children from KBD areas and non-KBD areas, aged 6-14 years old, males, were divided into 5 groups. Contents of B ,Ge,I and Se in hair of children were assayed by ICP - MS. Result: Hair B and Ge contents of children with KBD were significantly lower than those in the health from both KBD and non - KBD areas, but no difference between Se - supplement and non - Se supplement groups. Hair iodine (Ⅰ) content of 73% children in non - KBD areas was in excess over six to ten times of the normal level from references of the international and China. Ⅰ- supplement method should be depended on the deficient condition of I in children. Conclusion: Hair B and Ge content in children of KBD areas were significantly lower than those in the health from both KBD and non - KBD areas.
