摘要
登革病毒感染可引起登革热及登革出血热/登革休克综合征,是热带与亚热带地区重要的公共卫生问题。登革病毒非结构蛋白NS1(nonstructural protein1),在病毒感染、复制及病理过程中起着重要作用。该文综述了近年来登革病毒非结构蛋白NS1结构与功能的研究进展。
Infections with dengue virus（DENV）can result in dengue fever/ dengue hemorrhagic fever/ dengue shock syndrome（DF/DHF/DSS）,which is a significant public health problem in tropical and subtropical regions.Nonstructural protein 1（NS1）of DENV plays an important role in viral replication and pathogenesis.The progress in research on the function of the NS1 protein of dengue virus is reviewed in this paper.
