摘要
国内某滨海火力发电厂凝汽器BFe-30-1-1铜管管口发生了大面积的冲刷腐蚀,造成凝汽器长期频繁出现泄漏事故。本工作采用自行设计的动态模拟电化学腐蚀测试试验台,对该厂所使用的铜管在电厂提供的循环水样中进行了冲刷腐蚀试验,同时做了失重试验,对采用阴极保护后铜管的腐蚀速度进行了测量。结果表明,循环水中含砂是造成管口出现大面积冲刷腐蚀的主要原因,发生冲刷腐蚀的部位主要集中在距管口0-150mm范围内,采用阴极保护能有效降低水中带砂引起的冲刷腐蚀速度。
The continual leakage of condenser in a seaside power plant was caused by severe erosion in the mouth of pipe of BFe-30-1-1 copper tubes. By using the dynamic simulating electrochemical corrosion device made by ourselves, the changes of flow velocity and corrosion rate in circulating water before and after cathodic protection were studied. The results indicated that erosion was caused primarily by the scouring in the range of 0-150 mm to the mouth of pipe, and could be prevented by cathodic protection.
