摘要
本文为了解维持性血液透析患者的抑郁状态，从而为临床心理护理提供依据，采用Ｚｕｎｇ抑郁自评量表对北京协和医院和北京友谊医院血透室６０名维持性血液透析患者进行了问卷调查。结果：１血液透析患者有７６７％存在不同程度的抑郁状态。２在分组比较中，中年组抑郁发生率偏高。３血液透析患者的抑郁发生与性别及文化程度无相关性。结论：血液透析患者的抑郁发生率偏高，临床医护人员应给予足够的重视，采取多种措施缓解血液透析患者的抑郁情绪，以维持患者的心理健康。
AIMS:In order to provide basis for clinical psychonursing,the article analysed the depression condition of hemodialysis patients.Methods:By using Zung's Self-Rating Depression scale,we performed inquiring investigation in 60 hemodialysis patients of Beijing union hospital and Beijing friend hospital.Results:1.76.7 percent hemodialysis patients kep in different depressure condition.2.It indicated that the higher depression incidence rate was observed in media-aged group in grouped comparison.3.There were no correlations between the incidence of depression and sex or education received.Conclusion:There was higher depression incidence rate in hemodialysis patients.In order to maintain patient's psychohealth,clinical medical and nursing staff should pay more attention to them and take diversified methods to relieve the depression emotion of the hemodialysis patients.
