摘要
感染是各血液净化中心采用锁骨下静脉置管等建立血液通路行血液透析时常见的并发症。本文介绍一种新的导管封管法，它的使用成功地降低了感染的发生率。对新封管法封管液中抗生素的浓度和具体操作方式进行了探讨，对效果进行了评估。新的封管法易于掌握，应用方便，可广泛使用。
This paper introduce a new method for filling catheter of the venous subclavius of the patients with antibiotic in Hemodialysis.The use of this method reduced the infective incidence of the Hemodialytic patients remarkbally.In the paper,the concentration of the antibiotic fluid which was used in “filling duct” was discussed and the clinical effect,talken over.We think that the method was grasped easily and applied conveniently and could be applyed extensively.
