The rapid development of the Internet technology in recent years play an important role in bringing about the emergence of campus incidents.College counselors should keep pace with times,update management idea,develop new internet-based work methods,and establish a set of scientific and integrated mechanism for early warning and control of the campus emergency.It can eliminate the hidden dangers to a maximum extent.
