摘要
根据高校工资管理工作的实际经验,指出了目前高等学校工资管理中的不足,提出了优化高等学校校内工资管理系统的必要性及可行性。通过多年的研究与实践,设计出GZGL系统并已通过了运行,取得了满意的效果。
Based on the author’s many years of experiences in university salary management,in the paper,the disadvantages of university salary management software in use was pointed out,and the necessity and feasibility of optimizing university salary management system were put forward.Through years of research and practice,the GZGL system had been designed and put into operation,and the results were satisfactory.
