摘要
对学科馆员的素质要求和信息服务工作等方面进行了分析,提出了按"项目经理负责制"的要求全面提升学科馆员的文献信息服务工作的业务水平。
In this paper,the quality requirements and information services about the subject librarian were analyzed and how to comprehensively enhance the subject librarian information services according ＂project manager responsibility＂ was proposed.
