摘要
本文在介绍北京大学人民医院民监会的基础上,进一步分析民监会这一监督形式的特点,总结民监会在医院建设方面发挥的重要作用,并探索进一步提高民监会民主监督效能的主要措施,以期更好地提高医院民主管理水平.
Based on the introduction of Management and Democratic Supervision Committee of People＇s Hospital of Peking University, this paper further analyzes the feature of Management and Democratic Supervision Committee and concludes its important role in hospital develop- ment. Moreover, this paper discusses the main measures to improve efficiency of Management and Democratic Supervision ,Committee for purpose of improving the democratic management of the hospital.
