摘要
随着近年我国对药品安全性的不断重视,有关医药产品实施＂召回制＂的话题逐渐成为公众热议焦点.然而至今为止,我国尚未在法律上建立药品召回制度.虽然,药品召回制度在国际上是盛行的、非常成熟的,但作为正走向法治健全过程中的中国,在建立这项法律制度时应注意许多实践环节的问题.本文从建立成熟的药品不良反应监测体系、召回制度的方式和健全完善企业信用机制三个方面逐一剖析,以期对我国构建科学、有效的药品召回制度有所裨益.
As for drug safety in China, the relevant medical products continuously ＂recall＂ topic gradually become the focus of public hot debate. But so far, China has established the legal establishment in the drug recall system. Although, the drug recall system in the world is popular, very mature pharmaceutical market management system, as a rule is to China, in the process of perfecting the legal system in which should pay attention to the problems that can not be neglected in practice？ This set of mature from adverse dn^g reaction monitoring system, the recall system and improve the recall of enterprise credit mechanism by analyzing three aspects, in order to construct a scientific and effective drug recall system.
