摘要
[目的]探讨家庭访视护理对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将2005年1月—2009年12月我院收治的128例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤病人随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组仅在病人出院时按照常规进行出院指导,实验组在常规指导的基础上实施家庭访视护理。[结果]实验组病人在遵医行为、疾病相关知识知晓情况、康复相关技能掌握情况、功能康复效果及生活质量上均优于对照组,相关并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭访视护理提高了病人的遵医行为,促进了病人的功能康复,减少了并发症的发生,提高了病人的生活质量。
Objective：To probe into the influence of home visits nursing on quality of life of spine fracture patients complicating with spinal cord injury.Methods：A total of 128 spine fracture patients complicating with spinal cord injury hospitalized fom January 2005 to December 2009 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and test group.Patients in control group were given instruction as in routine on their discharge.Patients in test group were given home visits nursing based on the routine instruction.Results：In terms of treatment compliance,knowing about disease related knowledge,grasping of rehabilitation-related skills,functional rehabilitation effect and whole quality of life,patients in test group were all better than those in control group.Related complications of test group cases was less than that of control group.There was statitical significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion：Home visits nursing could enhance treatment compliance of patients,promote their functional rehabilitation.It can reduce the incidence of complications and enhance the quality of life of patients.
