摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法在高龄产妇心理护理中的价值。方法采用回顾性方法分析笔者所在医院收治的高龄产妇150例临床护理资料,依据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组心理情绪评分、护理质量评分、满意度均明显高于对照组,观察组疼痛分级明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法应用于高龄产妇能明显改善产妇不良心理情绪,提高护理质量,减轻分娩疼痛,提高产妇满意度。
Objective To explore the value of eld parturient mental nursing by melodic intonation. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical nursing data of 150 eases eld parturients, which was to be divided into detection group and control group. Results The psychological score,quality of care score, satisfaction of detection group were higher than control group ,P 〈 0. 05, the pain class of detection group was better than control group, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significant difference. Conclusion To approach melodic intonation for eld parturient, which was improving bad psychology, quality of care, satisfaction and decreasing aecouchement pain.
