摘要
目的观察蒙脱石散联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将60例经胃镜证实的反流性食管炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例:口服蒙脱石散3 g,3次/d,莫沙必利5 mg,3次/d;对照组30例:口服莫沙必利5 mg,3次/d。疗程均为6周,疗程结束后观察临床显效率及有效率。结果治疗组显效率及有效率明显高于对照组。结论蒙脱石散联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎症状改善迅速,病变愈合率和症状改善率高,是治疗反流性食管炎安全、有效、理想的药物。结论蒙脱石散联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效比单独用药效果更佳。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the combined treatment with smectite powder and mosapride for reflux esophagitis. Methods 60 patients with reflux esophagitis proven by endoscopewere rando mly divided into two groups：The treatment group （n = 30）received smectite powder 3 mg once daily and mosapfide 5mg three tmies daily;The control group （ n = 30 ） received mosapride 5 mg three tmies daily. After 6 weeks, the clinical obvious effective rate and the effective rate of both groups were observed. Results The clinical obvious effective rate and the effective rate of treatment group was much higher than those of control group. Conclusion Smectite powder combined with mosapride can rapidly improve the symptom of RE and is safe and effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
