摘要
目的了解该院门诊不合理用药情况,保障患者用药安全,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取该院门诊处方10785张,根据临床药理学知识及文献资料,对不合理用药处方进行分类和统计。结果该院不合理用药主要表现为给药方案不合理、重复用药、剂量不合理、溶媒选择不当、配伍不合理等。结论将用药信息及时反馈给临床医师,可减少不合理用药,降低不良反应的发生。
Objective To understand the irrational prescriptions in outpatient department,to ensure patients′medications safety and promote rational drug use.Methods 10 785 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected for a classified analysis of the irrational prescriptions based on clinical pharmacological knowledge and the pertinent 1iterature.Results The irrational drug use chiefly manifested itself as irrational in dosage regimen,dosage,repeated drug use,improper choice of solvents and incompatibility etc.Conclusion To reduce the incidences of irrational drug use and the adverse drug reactions,clinicians should be provided with timely feedbacks on medication informations.
