摘要
目的采用超声波提取技术从紫花地丁中提取紫色素。方法通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察超声波提取紫花地丁紫色素的工艺参数和提取效果。结果超声波提取的最佳条件为:在pH=5的水溶液中,提取功率50W,提取时间35min,紫花地丁与溶剂的料液比1∶15。结论建立了超声波提取紫花地丁中紫色素的工艺条件。
Objective To set up an ultrasonic extraction technology of purpurin from Chinese violet. Methods The single factor test and the orthogonal test were used to study the ultrasonic extraction parameters and the correspording extraction rate of purpurin from Chinese violet. Results The optimum conditions of the ultrasonic method were the aqueous solution at pH = 5,the extraction power of 50 W,the extraction time of 35 min,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 15. Conclusion A suitable ultrasonic extraction technique is established for extracting the purpurin from Chinese violet.
