摘要 目的评价北柴胡引种前后和不同品种柴胡的质量,为北柴胡优良种质的筛选和柴胡资源的合理利用提供基础。方法采用HPLC柱前酸化法测定北柴胡引种前后和不同品种药材中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量。结果柴胡皂苷a、d含量在北柴胡引种前后有差异,其中甘肃陇西种、山西陵川外引种引种后皂苷含量依然能保持较高水平,可作为优良种质资源;纬度对皂苷含量的积累影响较大:将药材从高纬度引到较低纬度,皂苷含量升高;山西太谷和陵川种植地药材中皂苷含量均较高,表明两者的环境因素有利于皂苷的积累,可作为适宜种植地;北柴胡中皂苷a、d含量高于红柴胡。结论北柴胡皂苷a、d的积累受药材遗传因素和生长环境的共同影响,引种时应首选优质资源,同时进行种植地适应性考察,以保证药材质量;红、北柴胡在临床应用时,应注明其品种,确保药效的稳定性。 Objective To assess the qualities of Bupleurum chinense DC. samples and samples from different species,and to provide a foundation for germplasm option of B. chinense DC. and rational utilization of Radix Bupleuri. Methods The HPLC after pre-treatment of acidification was employed to determine the contents of saikosaponin-a and-d( SSa and SSd) in B. chinense DC. samples and samples from different species. Results The contents of SSa,SSd showed an obvious change after B. chinense DC. samples being introduced. The seeds from Longxi in Gansu province and Lingchuan in Shanxi province had excellent qualities,and the environment factors of Lingchuan in Shanxi province and Taigu in Shanxi province had good effect on the accumulation of SSa,SSd of B. chinense DC. The contents of SSa,SSd in samples of different species were remarkably different,the contents of SSa,SSd were higher in B. chinense DC. than that in Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd. Conclusion The genetic factors and the growth environment of herbs have combined effect on the accumulation of SSa,SSd of B. chinense DC. When B. chinense DC are introduced,excellent germplasm resources should be preferred,moreover,the cultivation adaptation should be investigated in order to ensure the quality. In the clinic,different species of Radix Bupleuri should be used carefully to ensure the stability of efficacy.
