摘要
随着青海电网迅速发展,电网运行控制及管理更为复杂。GIS系统建设纵向贯穿公司本部、各下属供电企业及生产一线各个层面;横向为输电、变电、电缆、配电、营销、调度、可靠性管理、规划设计和抢修等提供了重要的地理信息服务。文章针对GIS系统的技术特点及应用进行了阐述。GIS系统实现了电网数据建模、信息综合展示、专题图管理、空间信息查询定位、图形输出打印、污区管理、通信管理等功能,为公司设备资产管理、安全生产和营销客服等提供电网空间信息的公共支持。
Along with rapid development of Qinghai power grid,operating control and management of power grid becomes more complicated.The building of GIS runs through head office,power supplying company and frontline of production in longitudinal direction,as well as provides important geographic information service for power transmission and transformation,cable,distribution,marketing,dispatching,reliable management,layout,design and first-aid repair in lateral direction.The paper expounds technical character and application of GIS.GIS realizes power grid data modeling,information general display,thematic map management,spatial information inquiry and location,plot print,contamination area and communication management,thus provides power grid spatial information support for assets management system,work safety system,marketing and service system.
