摘要
炉底水封破坏造成锅炉负压不稳定,燃烧恶化甚至灭火,炉膛火焰中心上移,烟温急剧上升,高负荷时过热器、再热器管壁超温现象。针对此现象,在锅炉燃烧以及一、二次汽温调节上采取正确的防范措施,有效降低对锅炉的危害。
The destructing furnace bottom water seal is a threat to boiler,it manifested as unstable boiler negative pressure,combustion deterioration and even the fire burning,furnace flame center move,sharp rise in flue gas temperature,serious overheating of overheat and reheat pipe wall on high load.Aiming at the phenomena,it takes proper precautions in the first and second temperature adjusting,to effectively reduce the damage to the boiler.
