摘要
为确保CNAS对实验室检测/校准项目认可的有效性,保证检测/校准结果的可靠性,实验室间应在认可周期内进行能力验证活动。文章对能力验证的定义、目的及校准实验室的能力评价进行了介绍,并对青海电科院和中测院校准项目频率表的测量结果进行了评定,确保了电科院认可项目的准确、有效。
In order to ensure validity of CNAS accreditation on laboratory testing/calibration items,and guarantee the reliability of testing/calibration result,proficiency testing should be proceeded by interlaboratory comparisons during accreditation cycle.The paper introduces definition and purpose of proficiency testing,as well as capability evaluation of calibration lab,besides it makes assessment on measuring result of calibration item frequency meter of Qinghai Electric Power Test Research Institute and National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology,thus ensures accuracy and validity of Qinghai Electric Power Test Research Institute accreditation items.
