摘要
目的 为预防胶原酶溶盘术后疼痛加重 ,研究利多卡因、地塞米松及其混合液对胶原酶活性的影响。方法 用“空斑”法测定胶原酶活性。 组 :生理盐水 ; 组 :胶原酶与生理盐水 ; 组 ;胶原酶与利多卡因 ; 组 :胶原酶与地塞米松 ; 组 :胶原酶、利多卡因与地塞米松。结果 “空斑”直径 : 组 :0 mm ; 组 :(9.46± 0 .2 7) m m ; 组 :(8.49± 0 .2 4) mm ; 组 :(9.5 8± 0 .41) mm ; 组 :(9.82±0 .38) mm。 组的空斑直径小于 、 、 组 (P<0 .0 1) , 、 、 组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 利多卡因抑制胶原酶的活性 ,地塞米松对该酶无明显影响 ,但两药混合后能消除利多卡因对胶原酶活性的抑制作用。
Objective In order to prevent severe post discolysis pain,to study the influence of lidocaine and dexamethasone on activity of collagenase Methods Method of colorless lot was applied.Fifty samples were divided into 5 groups,Ⅰ:normal saline;Ⅱ:collagenase and normal saline;Ⅲ:collagenase and lidocaine;Ⅳ:collagenase and dexamethasone;Ⅴ:collagenase,lidocaine and dexamethasone The diameter of each colorless lot indicated the activity of collagenase Results The diameter of each group was as following,Ⅰ:0 00mm;Ⅱ:(9 46±0 27)mm;Ⅲ:(8 49±0 24)mm;Ⅳ:(9 58±0 41)mm;Ⅴ:(9 82±0 38)mm The diameter of colorless lot in group Ⅲ was shorter than that in groups Ⅱ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ(P<0 01) There were unsignificant differences in the diameter among group Ⅱ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ(P>0 05) Conclusion Lidocaine inhibits the activity of collagenase,but dexamethasone does not Mixture of both drugs can eliminate the inhibitory effect of lidocaine on activity of collagenase
