摘要
目的 研究七氟醚在脊髓抗伤害感受作用的量 -效和时 -效关系 ,比较七氟醚在大鼠断脊髓前后抗伤害感受作用的差异。方法 SD大鼠 17只 ,分为量 -效组 (n=6 )和时 -效组 (n=11) ,记录外周电流刺激诱发的后二头半腱肌 (PBST)的放电 ,观察大鼠在断脊髓前或断脊髓后吸入七氟醚对肌电 C反应的影响。结果 大鼠在断脊髓后 ,七氟醚能够明显抑制 C反应并呈剂量和时间依赖性 ,断脊髓后与断脊髓前相比 ,断脊髓后吸入 1.5 %和 2 .0 %七氟醚对 C反应的抑制更明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 七氟醚在脊髓水平能够产生明显的镇痛作用 ,断脊髓大鼠对七氟醚作用的敏感性增强。
Objective To study the dose course and time course of sevoflurane induced antinociceptive effect in spinal cord,and to determine whether there are any changes of antinociception after spinal cord transected.Methods Seventeen Sprague Dawley rats were devided into two groups:dose course group(n=6) and time course group(n=11).The firing of electromyography from the posterior bices semitendinosus (PBST) muscle evoked by electrical stimulation were recorded,and the effect of sevoflurane on the C response before or after spinal cord transected were observed.Results Sevoflurane was capable of producing a profound reduction in C response after spinal cord transected,and produced antinociception in a dose and time dependent manner.In spinal cord being transected rats,the inhibitory effect of C response at the concentraton of 1.5% and 2 0% of sevoflurane was more obviously than that in non spinal cord transected ones (P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane can produce profound analgesia in spinal cord,the spinal cord transected rats are more sensitive to sevoflurane.
