摘要
本文报道48例慢性充血性心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)患者血浆心房肽的变化。结果显示:慢性心衰时,血浆心房肽浓度明显增高,且在心衰伴房颤时其升高更显著。心衰患者血浆心房肽水平与左房内径和右房压力呈正相关。说明心衰时心房肽增高与心房容量增多和压力升高有关。
The changes in the plasma concentration of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were assessed in 48 patients with chronic congestive heart failure. The results showed that the plasma level of ANP was significantly higher in patients with congestive heart failure than in controls. With similar cardiac functional status, the plasma concentration of ANP was higher in patients with atrial fibrillation than in those without. Right atrial pressure and left atrial diamension correlated closely with ANP. The study indicates that the enhanced secretion of ANP in patients with chronic congestive heart failure is probably due to an elevation of atrial volume and pressure.
