摘要
本文通过介绍国内外具有代表性的总馆分馆制,归纳总馆分馆制所应具备的特点,结合天津滨海新区图书馆现状,对实施总馆分馆制进行初步设想和规划。
This paper introduces some typical domestic and foreign main-branch library systems,and accordingly sums up the features of such systems. This paper intends to discuss the feasibility of adopting the general and branch library system as well as its development in the present situation of public libraries in Binhai new area.
