摘要
皮瓣移植是修复创伤组织缺损最有效的方法，但在临床实践中，往往会遇到一些靠常规皮瓣无法修复的大面积组织缺损，二级串联瓣通过轴心血管皮瓣连接轴心血管皮瓣，使不同性质或不同部位的皮瓣连接起来，对于修复大面积复杂创面有较大的实用价值。本文通过应用“带胫后血管蒂小腿内侧皮瓣串联吻合血管的背阔肌皮瓣”修复下肢大面积缺损３例，取得满意的临床效果，发现二级串联瓣不仅具有面积大、血供丰富、抗感染能力强的特点。
Transplantation of flap is the most effective way to repair wound tissue disfigurement and trauma, in clinic practices, some large area wound tissue disfigurement and trauma usually can not be repaired with normal flap. 2-unit series-wound flap makes the flaps of different properties or parts united by the connection of axes vessels, which is of practical value for the large complicated wound surface repair. In this paper, three examples of satisfactory repair of large area trauma of lower limbs with the series-wound connection of medial leg flap with tibialis posterior vascular pedicel and latissimus dorsi m-c flap were reported, and showed that this 2-unit series-wound flap enjoys the characteristics of large form, abundant blood supply, anti-infection ability and can meet the demand of repairing different form tissue disfigurement and trauma.
