同期手术治疗同时性食管、肺原发癌29例临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察同期手术治疗同时性食管、肺原发癌的疗效。方法 29例同时性食管、肺双原发癌患者,均于一侧开胸行同期根治性切除术或姑息性切除术,其中27例术前确诊食管癌、肺部肿瘤未明确诊断者于开胸后先予肿物楔形切除行冰冻病理检查,同时游离食管、胃;2例术前食管癌、肺癌均明确诊断者,于游离食管、胃后先行肺叶或全肺切除术,再行食管胃吻合术。结果术后出现并发症者6例,死亡1例。28例获随访,1、3、5 a生存率分别为70.83%(17/24)、41.18%(7/17)、36.36%(4/7)。结论同期手术治疗同时性食管、肺原发癌疗效好。
