雷公藤治疗豚鼠自身免疫性内耳病效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察雷公藤治疗豚鼠自身免疫性内耳病(AIED)的疗效。方法建立AIED豚鼠模型,随机分为治疗组(服用雷公藤)和对照组(服用葡萄糖),治疗1周时测试脑干诱发电位(ABR)和耳蜗细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1),治疗2周时测试剩余动物的ABR。结果治疗1周时,治疗组ICAM-1灰度值及ABR阈值均低于对照组(P均<0.05);随着治疗时间的延长治疗组ABR阈值降低(P均<0.05)。结论雷公藤能降低AIED早期耳蜗ICAM-1的表达,持续应用能改善听力。
