摘要
设计了一主扇风机在线特性监测装置,该装置能实时动态监测抽风机风量、风压、风机轴温、电机轴温等参数,并通过有线、无线等通信方式实现了近、远程的计算机监测。监测计算机软件能绘制出风压─风量轨迹,并具有超限报警等功能。
Designed a main-fan online-characteristics monitoring device which dynamically detects such parameters as exhaust fan air flow, air pressure, fan axle temperature and motor axle temperature in real time. And the device realized near and remote computer monitoring by wired and wireless communication. Upper computer software can draw out the track of air pressure to air flow, and alarm when over limits.
