摘要
对现有某型组合机床动力滑台液压系统进行分析、研究后,提出了改进建议,以提高性能。改造后的液压系统提高了滑台运动的平稳性,减少了液压元件的数量、简化了系统结构。
Through the discuss and analysis of the hydraulic system of power sliding table in some existing modular machine tool, some improvement were stability of the motion of the power sliding table was im proposed, in order to improve performance. The proved, the hydraulic components were reduced, thus the system structure was simplified after the transformation of the hydraulic system.
