摘要
以优化设计行星齿轮泵为目的,在已知载荷、工作条件并选定材料的基础上,建立以流量脉动最小和体积最小为双目标的优化数学模型,建立了关于边界约束条件、性能约束条件、同心约束条件和最小排量约束条件的约束函数,根据最优化方法的算法,选择MATLAB优化函数,编写程序,利用计算机求出最优解。
In order to optimize the design of planetary gear pump for the purpose of, in the known load, working conditions and selection of materials based on the pulse of the establishment of minimum flows and the smallest for the bi-objective optimization of the mathematical model, the establishment of restrictive conditions on the border performance constraints, bound together and the smallest displacement of the binding constraint function, according to the algorithm optimization method, select MATLAB optimization function, the preparation of procedures, the optimal solution obtained using the computer.
