摘要
目的:探讨血浆内皮素(ET)和血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)在脑出血病理过程中的作用及相互关系。方法:测定脑出血急性期(30例)和亚急性期(30例)患者血浆ET和血清LPO的水平,并分别与单纯高血压患者(30例)及正常人(30例)作对照分析。结果:脑出血急性期血浆ET〔(100.60±31.03)ng/L〕及血清LPO〔(8.53±1.01)μmol/L〕水平均高于亚急性期、单纯高血压患者和正常人对照组(P均<0.01),其升高水平与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关,但与出血量不呈直线相关关系;ET水平变化与出血部位有关,血浆ET含量与血清LPO呈直线相关关系。结论:ET与LPO在脑出血病理过程中具有一定作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin(ET) and serum lipid peroxidation (LPO) in the pathologic process of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Plasma ET and LPO levels were measured in 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage during acute stage and subacute stage,30 patients with simple hypertension and 30 normal volunteers served as controls.Results:It showed that ET and LPO were significantly increased in patients with acute stage ET(100 60±31 03)ng/L;LPO(8 53± 1 01)μmol/L compared with those with subacute stage,simple hypertension,and controls (all P <0 01).Also,ET and LPO levels were positively correlated with the defect degree of nerves,but they had no linear correlation with the degree of hematoma.In addition,changes in ET were related to the site of bleeding,and it had a linear correlation with LPO.Conclusions:ET and LPO play important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage,they may enhance brain damage after bleeding.
