摘要
喷射钢纤维混凝土具有优良的抗拉和抗渗等性能,同时能提高混凝土变形能力,施工快捷,已经在建筑和地下工程中广泛应用。但由于成本较高,施工工艺复杂,配料和操作要求高,在渠道工程尚未推广应用。文中通过在皇天畈灌溉工程的大面积应用,以实践经验和大量数据论证了喷射钢纤维混凝土在渠道工程中应用的良好前景。
The jet-steel fiber concrete can improve the deformation capacity of concrete with its better tension resistance and higher anti-seepage capacity, and then is suitable for quick construction, thereby, is widely used in building and underground building projects. However, it has not been so popularized in the irrigation projects with a great amount due to its higher cost, complicated construction technology and high mixing and placing requirements. Through the application of the concrete with a large area to the construction of Huangtianfan Irrigation Project, the better prospect for the application of the jet-steel fiber concrete to the construction of irrigation channel is demonstrated herein based on the actual experiences and large amount data concerned.
