氧化铝材料植入家兔后骨与肌肉内铝、硅含量分析

摘要 36只家兔左、右侧髂骨各打一孔,左侧孔内植入氧化铝涂层材料作为实验侧,右侧孔内不放置任何材料作为自身对照。手术后分为20,40,60,90,120和180天组测定二侧髂骨和臀中肌的铝和硅元素,所有实验侧髂骨和肌肉的铝和硅元素均高于相应的对照侧。其中第40,60,120和180天髂骨的铝元素,第90天髂骨的硅元素,第20,40,60,120,180天臀中肌的铝元素及第20,180天臀中肌的硅元素与相应对照侧比较有显著差异,P<0.05~0. In this animal experiment using 36 rabbits, a hole was bored in both iliac bones, and cubes of aluminium oxide coating material containing aluminium and silicon were implanted into the hole on one side with the opposite side serving as self-control. The rabbits were sacreficed in groups 20, 40, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days after operation, and the silicon and aluminium contents in iliac bone and gluteus medius muscle on both sides were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Results showed that silicon and aluminium contents were higher on the side under experiment than on the opposite side. The differe nce in aluminium content was significant for bone in the 40, 60, 120 and 180 day specimens, and for muscle in 20, 40, 60, 120 and 180 day specimens. For silicon content, the difference was significant in the bone 90 days, and in muscle 20 and 180 days after operation.
