摘要
护理模式的转变和发展，要求护理学科和护理工作者向高精尖的领域进军，并提供全方位的服务。由于历史原因和客观条件制约，护理工作还在低下的水平线上徘徊，停滞不前。本文探讨怎样构建现代医学护理模式，以利适应发展护理学科。
The developement and change of nursing model require that nursing subject and nursing crew march towards a high quality excellent and superior realm and supply a comprehensive serves. Because of the historical reasons and objective condition limit, nursing work still hesitates at the low level and not make a progress. The article discussed how to build a modern medical nursing model, so as to adapt developing nursing subject.
