摘要
文章概述了我国羊肚菌属真菌资源种类、分布、生态环境、形态特征、生物学特性、营养、药用价值及人工驯化栽培的研究现状；展望了进一步开展羊肚菌的营养、生理和遗传特性及开发利用研究的前景。
This paper summarizes the types of Morchella fungi resources,their current distribution,eco-environment,morphologic characteristics,biological properties,nutrient value,medicinal value,artificial cultivation and utilization in China.Future prospects in the study of nutrient,physiology,genetic characteristics as well as exploitation and utilization of Morchella fungi resources are advanced.
