摘要
对环境质量与经济增长的库兹尼茨关系进行了分析,提出了环境质量三种可能的发展轨迹,并探讨了在这三种可能的发展轨迹中,经济增长对环境质量发展的影响。提出了中国现阶段在保证环境质量达一定标准的前提下,实现经济可持续发展的政策建议。
Analyzing the Kuznets' relationship between environmental quality and economic growth, bringing out that a nation would face three potential developing trends of environmental quality, and then discussing the impact of economic growth on environmental quality during the three developing trends. Finally, proposing some policies that China should take urgently for economic sustainable development in the premise of guaranteeing environmental quality at certain standards.
