摘要
综述了中国水路运输中主要大气环境问题的现状、产生原因和环境影响，回顾了在防治技术和管理上的进展，并比较宏观地提出了有关的防治对策和与ＭＡＲＰＯＬ国际公约接轨的建议。
Existing status,causes and impacts of the main atmospheric environmental problems in Chinese waterborne transportation are described comprehensively;development of technology on prevention,control and management is reviewed;and related prevention and control strategies including suggestions of bringing it into line with MARPOL international convention are proposed.
