摘要
高校教学团队的建设是创新高校基层教学组织、提高教学质量的有效途径。我教研室2008年被评为重庆市优秀教学团队,在此主要介绍教学团队建设的实践与体会,以期为高校教学团队建设提供参考。
The construction ofteachingteamin institutes is an effective wayfor organizingthe basic teaching constitution and improving teaching quality.We obtained the excellent teaching team of Chongqing in 2008.Our practice and thinking will be introduced in this paper,so as to provide the reference for teaching team construction in institutes.
