摘要
分析了西湖沉积物腐殖质的组成及腐殖酸的红外光谱特性,结果显示西湖沉积物腐殖质具有典型的湖泊沉积物腐殖质特征,腐殖化程度较高;结合形态分析表明,腐殖质中:胡敏素(59—71%)>胡敏酸(11—19%)>富里酸(8—15%)>脂类(3—12%),钱塘江引水工程、水面种植荷花明显改变了沉积物有机质的构成,对西湖的碳循环和富营养化状况有显著影响.
Characteristics of organic substance in West lake sediment are studied including its humic substances components and IR characteristic. The results showed that humus in West lake sediment has typical characteristics of lake sediment humus, and the humification level of West lake sediment is relatively high. Analysis on components of humus in West lake showed humin (59-71% ) > humic acid (11-19%)>fulvic acid (8-15%)>lipid (3-12%). Qiantang river diversion project and planting lotus both have changed the organic composition of sediment and will apparently impact the carbon cycling and eutrophication status in West lake.
