摘要
以美国EPA方法为基础,进行了沉积物中多环芳烃和有机氯农药分析方法的质量保证和质量控制实验,采用回收率指示物控制回收率,用内标法定量.结果表明,多环芳烃的指示物回收率为50.67—97.33%,目标化合物的回收率为58.67—96.33%,方法检测限为3.30—9.26μg·kg^(-1);有机氯农药的指示物回收率为97.15 —99.39%,目标化合物的回收率为60.9-1O2.1%,方法检测限为0.11—0.35μg·kg^(-1).
On the basis of the U.S. EPA methods, a large quantity of QA/QC experiments were completed and the surrogates were used to control the recoveries. The PAHs and organochlorine pesticides were analysed by GC-MSD and GC-ECD, and were quantitatively measured by internal standard. The recoveries of PAHs surrogates ranged from 50.67-96.33% , the target compounds of PAHs ranged from 58.67-96.33% ,and the method detection limits were in the range 3.30-9.26μg·kg-1.For organochlorine pesticides, the recoveries of surrogates ranged from 97.15-99.39% ,the target compounds ranged from 60.9~102.1 % ,and the method detection limits were in 0.11~ 0.35Ug@ kg-1..
