煤矿区环境治理的空间信息技术支持研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE SPATIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TO ENVIRONMENT TREATMENT IN COAL MINING AREAS

摘要 煤矿区环境治理是实现矿区可持续发展的重要保证,本文在对煤矿区环境污染治理及其常规技术手段进行分析的基础上,指出借助于现代空间信息技术作为煤矿区环境污染治理的技术支持具有明显的优越性,可以从宏观尺度上实时、动态、综合对矿区环境进行监测、分析进而提供决策支持。在对以全球定位系统(GPS)、遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)为主体的空间信息技术及其发展进行介绍的基础上,对其作为煤矿区环境污染治理技术支持的方法、技术路线及关键技术等进行了研究,并介绍了有关的应用实例。 Environmental treatment in coal mining areas is the guarantee to sustainable development of mining areas.This paper points out that it has obvious advantages to take spatial information technology as the technical support of environmental treatment in mining areas based on the analysis on conventional technical measures.It can give real - time, dynamic, synthetical monitoring and analysis to environmental treatment in mining areas from wide scale, and then provide decision -making support.At the basis of introducing spatial information technology, with RS, GPS, GIS as its kernel components,and its development,this paper gives studies on the methods,technical route,key technology of taking spatial information technology as the technical support of environmental pollution treatment in coal mining areas.At last,the paper gives some examples of its application.
